Pullman Yard is one of Atlanta Georgia’s largest historic sites, representing Atlanta’s early history as a railroad town and named to the National Register of Historic Places as well as a City of Atlanta Landmark District. The Departure Institute is currently focused on the restoration of a Pullman Train Car, a rail building and tracks, along with its 12 historic buildings to preserve a historic and cultural landmark for the community and visitors to Atlanta.
